Sparkling Hibiscus Tea

Serving: 6-8Ingredients: 4 cups boiling water 8 hibiscus tea bags 1/2 cup of honey Ice 2 cups sparkling water 1/4 cup mint leaves Steps:
- In a large pitcher, combine tea bags, boiling water, and honey.
- Let steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how strong you like your tea.
- Add ice to pitcher
- Stir in sparkling water
- Add mint to the pitcher
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled
- Garnish with mint or any fruit desired
